Recurring Credit Card Payment Authorization for PracticEdge Elite (Monthly Membership Only):
I authorize the Regulatory Compliance Association to charge my credit/debit card in the amount of $49.00 on the 1st of every month in association with my membership to PracticEdge Elite™
Additionally, I authorize the above named business to charge the credit card indicated in this authorization form according to the terms outlined above. If the above noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business day. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing, and I agree to notify the business in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. This payment authorization is for the type of bill indicated above. I certify that I am an authorized user of the credit card and that I will not dispute the scheduled payments with my credit card company provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.
Tuition Fees and Payments:
Please make checks or money orders payable to the “Regulatory Compliance Association”.
Tuition fees for ALL curricula and sessions are non-refundable.
Should you register for a curriculum or session, and experience a conflict, the RCA will provide you with either a) access to a “replay”, b) a credit you may apply to another RCA curriculum or session or c) the right to transfer your credit to a colleague within your firm. Please note these options expire 9 months after the respective registration date.
Cancellations and Substitutions:
For reasons beyond our control, it may be necessary to alter the programmatic content, timing or date of a curriculum or session, as well as members of the speaking faculty or guest lectures. Therefore, the speaking faculty, guest lectures, curriculum and sessions (including the timing and date thereof) are subject to change without notice.
