THE LLM DEGREE IN ASSET MANAGEMENT PRACTICE & REGULATION
The RCA and our affiliate law schools jointly offer the only Concentration Certification and LLM Degree in Asset Management Practice & Regulation.
The curriculum is specifically geared toward Asset Management Law, Practice, Compliance and Enforcement – providing students with a menu of highly specialized courses, as well as a uniquely structured mentorship.
Each course within the LLM curriculum features a dedicated textbook and set of course materials prepared by the subject matter expert within their respective field or discipline of asset management law, practice, compliance, inspections, enforcement, risk governance or accountancy. These subject matter experts (our faculty of Senior Fellows from Practice) comprise the most senior of Asset Management Chief Compliance Officers and General Counsel, blue chip attorneys, CPAs, and regulatory authorities. A WORD ABOUT THE FACULTY OF PROFESSORS
The RCA accredits each member of the speaking faculty for all law school degrees. The Faculty includes the subject matter experts in their respective discipline or field of study. Members of the faculty comprise senior regulators at the SEC, NFA, DOJ, DOT and other regulatory authorities, blue chip attorneys or CPAs or senior CCOs or General Counsel. Several serve as adjunct faculty for prestigious Universities such as Columbia, Rutgers and the like.
